What are the shipping times?
Royal Mail aim to take 2 - 3 working days to deliver your order, but it can take a fair bit longer. Especially if you are in one of the harder to reach parts of the UK. If your order hasn't turned up in 10 working days get in touch (hello@gethomethings.com) and we'll help out.

Where are Homethings products produced?
Our bottles, cardboard packaging, compostable sachets and non-toxic cleaning spray tabs are all made in the UK by small British businesses. Our dish tabs, laundry pods, and our triggers, come from Europe.
Why do you use recycled plastic bottles for the sprays?
We had a lot of chats with our community while we were developing the product and found that people were worried about slippy hands at the kitchen sink causing them to smash a glass bottle.
Because of this, we decided to stick to our 100% recycled plastic for now – but never say never! You can also reuse any glass bottles that you already have.
You can definitely use your own bottles, but Homethings bottles have been designed specifically for a safe customer experience using the correct measurements for our non-toxic tabs (like diluting in 500ml of lukewarm water).
If you decide to use your own bottles, please ensure that they are sterilised before use and that you follow the instructions of how to use our tabs exactly.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Good news, 100% of our packaging is widely recyclable!
Our sponges are even biodegradable!
Where do I find the refills after I finish the ones from the bundle?
It's easy, you can order the cleaning spray tabs and the washing-up powder sachet directly on our website. They will be delivered through your letterbox!
