Getting your Homethings to you
We currently ship to the UK and the EU. For UK customers, we’ll send your items using a 48 hour service which aims to deliver in two to three working days (business working days only). The Keep it Clean kit is fully tracked while the refills are not as they will fit through your letterbox. Orders are sent using Royal Mail or Hermes (we may change to another provider from time to time). Post and Packing is free for subscribers, however for non-subscribers the Keep it Clean kit is £2 for delivery. Deliveries to the EU are sent tracked (for the Keep it Clean kit) and standard delivery for the refills. Cost and delivery time depends on your location.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays – only Mrs Hinch cleans on bank holidays so this shouldn’t matter). All orders received by 11am will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after this cut-off time will go out the next working day.
We know what the post can be like sometimes and we therefore can’t be liable for delays. We’ll help you chase up the providers if needs be 💪 so get in touch via email if you are wondering where your item is but please allow 4-5 working days for your parcel to arrive before getting in touch with us. We will make sure to deliver to the address given by you, and therefore can’t be liable for any incorrect details given during checkout.
Returns and exchanges
Products that haven't been used
You can return any item in its original condition for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
If you’d like to do so, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com and we’ll let you know what to do. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us in this case.
Money back guarantee
We are close to being 100% sure that you will be a huge fan of your Homethings after you've used them. However, if for any reason we are wrong and you are not fully satisfied there will be no hard feelings. You can return the item to us and we will provide a full refund. However we will not be able to pay for the return delivery. Make sure to get a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us (and keep hold of it in case the delivery goes missing).

Damaged, faulty or the wrong Homethings
If you receive your Homethings and they are damaged or faulty, or you’ve received the wrong order, we will of course exchange the items or offer you a refund. And we’ll be sorry too.
Please keep the packing materials, and the damaged items, so we can see what’s gone wrong.
We may ask you to return the items to us. If this is the case we will pay for the return delivery.

A few other things to note
- Refunds will only be returned to the original credit/debit card used.
- If you request a refund but do not return the items to us within 14 working days of letting us know, we won’t be able to make the refund.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which still apply.
